About this Event

Home to the highest-concentration of life science research activity in the state of Arizona, the Phoenix Bioscience Core is home to hundreds of researchers stretching across a wide array of disciplines from Arizona State University and the University of Arizona.

A core mission of the PBC is to create a culture of collaboration among academic researchers from all three universities, the private sector and entrepreneurs who call the PBC home. By creating this center of gravity for the state's life science and health care research, we can improve population health, open doors for new research opportunities and discover new ways to work together.

We invite you to join us on Nov. 2 at the Health Sciences Education Building for engaging discussions and a networking event for researchers located on the Phoenix Bioscience Core. This event will be hosted by ASU's Dr. Dorothy Sears and UArizona's Dr. Chris Glembotski.

Following a brief introduction from Drs. Sears and Glembotski, faculty will engage in a moderated discussion around new projects, research and areas of study. This open-forum event will allow researchers to share their work, answer questions and learn more about other shared areas of interest. Following the discussions, the PBC will host a happy hour with to continue the conversation!

When: November 2 at 4 p.m. (Check-in begins at 3:30 p.m.)

Where: Health Sciences Education Building C104 Lecture Hall

Who is invited: All researchers on the Phoenix Bioscience Core are encouraged to attend.

We hope to see you there!
