Join us for a cozy evening of books, community, and fertility insights! Prose Before Bros Bookclub and Spring Fertility are hosting a welcoming happy hour for readers of all backgrounds. Bring your current read and enjoy an hour of reading together, followed by an intimate presentation led by Dr. Liz Rubin, who will dive into everything you want to know about fertility—no question is off-limits!

🥚 Who is Spring Fertility? 🥚

Spring Fertility was founded in 2016 with the goal of re-imagining fertility care and partnering with our patients to help them achieve their goals. We believe that patients deserve superior clinical outcomes, without compromising compassionate, patient-centric care, and we offer comprehensive fertility services including IVF, egg and embryo freezing, and preimplantation genetic screening. We are proud to have clinics throughout the Bay Area, NYC, and Oregon.

📚What is a Happy Reading Hour?📚

Happy Reading Hours (HRH) are reading pop-up events around Portland. You bring a book, we set a timer for an hour of silent time, and we all read together in community! The idea is to set an intentional time and space for the reader who can never seem to make time to read, or for the reader who reads alone but doesn’t wanna BE alone. We got you! We’ve made it real simple, we’ve set the time and the place, we’ll provide the drinks and the bites, all you have to do is come and read!

ALL are welcome! (You don’t have to be in PBB, be a woman or be a WOC to come but these spaces are curated to be safe and welcoming spaces with our BIPOC community in mind.)

*We ask all attendees to honor the silent reading time, it Is a very strict silent hour and we ask you to be mindful of your noise level during the silent hour.
