About this Event
Our day will begin at Brodhead Creek Park in Stroudsburg, PA, as we “Walk to the Water” with PAZA’s Executive Director, Lakota Healer, Delwin “Hehakapa Mahto” Fiddler. We will take a scenic half mile trail to the creek where we will experience the healing properties of the fresh, flowing, clear water.
Upon return, we will gather in a private pavillion and enjoy a healthy, delicious lunch prepared by PAZA Board Chair, Mike Ragonese.
After lunch PAZA Team will offer their gifts and talents in service to you as a revival of your body, mind and spirit:
Mini Reiki sessions, Restorative Yoga Stretching, Angel Cards Readings, Personalized Medicine Wheel Chart (Red Road Reading) by Hehakapa (Elk Bear), Crafting a personal smudge bundle, Nature walk/Plant Identification with Easton Forester, Rob Christopher.
After your activities, we will join together in a relaxing group “Meditation & Prayer through Music”, led by Interfaith Minister, Rev. Dr Samora. The day will close with a healing circle and collective prayers with drums and rattles. As you leave, you will take a special gift bag with you created by our PAZA crew.
Please RSVP your attendance to pazatree@gmail to ensure proper headcount for food/drinks provided. Please bring your own blankets, rattles, drums.
