Mandilakhe is a Professional Accountant (SAIPA) and currently works for an oil company headquartered in Johannesburg. He holds a BCom in Accounting from Mandela University. He has experience as an audit trainee at BDO/Grant Thornton Inc. and worked at SARS for over eight years, leading tax enforcement initiatives in the Eastern Cape. Mandilakhe also coaches township businesses through a program with GIBS and is involved in community financial literacy projects.

Sandiswa, a Financial Adviser at PPS Advisory and founder of Tax Shelter and Asante Sanda Designs, has over a decade of experience in accounting, tax, and financial planning. Holding a B.Com in Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning, she focuses on young professionals, offering tailored, product-agnostic solutions in risk, investment, retirement, estate, tax, and business planning to add value to clients’ financial goals.
