About the event
Join Kelly for one hour of slow deliberate movement where we will focus on linking breath to movement while practicing intentional transitions and pauses between poses. This class will begin with attention to the breath, mindfulness and organic motion. As we flow through the hour, we will cultivate strength, balance, flexibility, core engagement and most importantly a sense of calm and focus. All are welcome in this space. EVERY yoga pose can be modified for your ability. This is not about making shapes with your body, it is about finding sensation in your own body and getting in alignment with yourself from there.

Never Done Yoga Before? Sweet! We can't wait to show you!
Not "in shape?" Perfect, neither are we!
Scared you can't "do it right?" No one can, that's why we call it a practice!
Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled.
Cash donations accepted at the event, minimum $1 donation required to save your spot ($10 suggested donation). Space is limited, so please register to save your spot (by Friday the 12th at 8 PM) and cancel if you can't make it.
