Join the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee April 30th to hear from industry leader Malika Klingler, Managing Principal at PRR, about pay equity in transportation today. Hear how one organization achieved gender parity in their pay structure and what they’re doing now to achieve racial parity. This event is for you if you’re in a position to make a change in your organization or want to hear more on what is happening around pay equity in the industry. Leave with information and activities that you can put into practice tomorrow.
