BMX track at Broxtowe Country Park

Directions:
There is no official car park so please park respectfully in the surrounding streets. alternatively you can park at Phoenix Park tram stop and it's about a 20 minute walk.
The ALWYN ROAD entrance is by far the closest to the BMX track. You can see the BMX track once you have walked on to the park from this entrance.
To here by bus jump on the number 78 or 35 and get of at Coleby Road Too bus stop. It's around a 10 minute walk from here.
Take some time to look at Google maps - you can clearly see the BMX track on there, this is our meeting spot. I'll be there waving my flag, you can't miss me.
Please plan your route and parking in advance, we can't wait for you and I can't instruct you via messenger once the session has started.
Come and join us as we roam the beautiful Broxtowe Country Park on the hunt for fungi! No experience needed, children and dogs very welcome.
Take home any edibles that you find! ?
The session will last around 1.5-2 hours and will involve walking on uneven terrain for around a mile or so.
Please note, there are no facilities at this park, it's a wild wee if you need one on route. There's a couple of nice pubs nearby though for something to eat and drink (and a wee) after.
Please dress for the weather and bring a bag bask or tub for your foraged finds.
Arrive early to enjoy a foragers brew and some delicious cakes. (No charge, first come first served, bonus points if you bring your own cup)
These sessions can get quite busy so if you prefer to forage and learn as a smaller group, you are welcome to get in touch about my small group sessions.
