Join us for PAX, a gathering for junior high school students, in grades sixth through eighth in the Diocese of Greensburg, on Saturday, March 29, from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at Christ Our Shepherd Center, Greensburg. PAX was created to offer students a meaningful and youth-centered way to encounter Jesus Christ and grow in their Catholic faith. In the world today, many young people think that Jesus and Catholicism are ways of the past, but PAX reminds them that Christ is still alive today! PAX provides this space for young people to experience Christ personally by placing the Eucharist at the center of events, and to understand how deeply He loves and cares for them. Students and families can attend Mass at 5 p.m. Lunch, snacks and water will be provided.
Participants and volunteers can register at DioceseofGreensburg.org/pax-middle-school-event. Registration deadline is March 21.
