Paws & Poses: Pup Yoga
Come join us for a relaxing and fun experience at Woof & Wags Dog Daycare and Pet Services! Our Puppy Yoga event combines the joy of yoga with the cuteness of our furry friends. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just looking to unwind, this event is perfect for all levels. Get ready to strike a pose surrounded by adorable pups, and maybe even find your new favorite yoga buddy! Don't miss out on this pawsitively amazing experience!
We will start by a 15 mins somatic self-discovery medititation by well-loved, local therapist, Anita Sharma of
Followed by a yin flow with a local yoga instructor Sarah Martinez of and a 15-mins somatic exercise to end the session.
The last 30 minutes of class is reserved for hangout/selfie time with the pups so plenty of time for photos!
Details:
1) Support a good cause: Proceeds from Puppy Yoga will go towards the Endless Pawsibilities Shelter which supports the animals in our community who are most at risk and face barriers to adoption.
2) Meet the Pups: They typically bring 5-6 puppies and small dogs to these events. To ensure the safety of all participants, please DO NOT bring your dogs to class as you will be denied entry. Puppies must be socialized in an appropriate setting to feel safe and comfortable.
3) Cancellation Policy: We are actively turning away many people to save your spots. All sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or date switches. If you can no longer attend class you are more than welcome to transfer your tickets to friends.
4) Our Puppy Yoga class is catered towards all-levels. Beginners to advanced yogis are welcome.
5) Adoption onsite are possible if you get pre-approved.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat: we will be lying down for an extended period, so please bring what you need to be comfortable.
- A journal and a pen📝
- An open heart and willingness to listen to your body’s wisdom.✨
In an effort to begin class on time, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start time.
