Paws and Poses Yoga with the Animals at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire

Join us at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire for our popular Paws and Poses Yoga Class! On Wednesday, January 22nd from 5-6 pm enjoy 60 minutes of gentle yoga with the shelter pets sponsored by The Yoga Fitness Loft.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our instructor will guide you through each pose while adoptable animals join in on the fun too! Progressions and modifications will be made to accommodate all participants' needs.
Registration is $20 per person and 100% of the proceeds from Paws and Poses go directly to the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire!
