Come join us for a day filled with fun activities for you and your furry friends. The event will be held at 159 Faculty St #111. Get ready for a day of games, treats, and lots of wagging tails!
Bring your dogs for a day of bonding and playtime. Whether you're looking to socialize your pet or just enjoy a day out, this event is perfect for all animal lovers and stressed college students!
Rely on your best judgement to decide if your dog would feel comfortable in an environment with many new dogs and humans - we want what's best for you and your dog! If your dog has a history of aggression, anxiety, or stress in social settings, we recommend reconsidering attendance.
In order to prioritze you and your canine companion's safety, below this event overview is a waiver that you agree to by reserving a FREE ticket.

Paws and Play Day - Waiver and Release of Liability
Thank you for joining us at Paws and Play Day! We are excited to have you and your furry friends join us for a fun-filled day of games, treats, and bonding. To ensure the safety of all participants, both human and canine, please read and sign the following waiver before reserving a ticket.
Assumption of Risk:
By participating in Paws and Play Day, I acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks involved in bringing my dog(s) into an environment with other dogs and humans. These risks include, but are not limited to, dog interactions, minor injuries, or stress-related behavior. I understand that I am responsible for my dog's behavior throughout the event and will closely supervise them at all times. I acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in interacting with dogs in a public setting, including, but not limited to, dog bites, scratches, and other injuries, as well as potential stress-related behavior, such as barking, growling, or fear-based reactions.
Health and Safety of Dog(s):
I confirm that my dog(s) is healthy, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and is not showing signs of illness or aggression. I am solely responsible for assessing whether my dog(s) will feel comfortable and safe in an environment with other dogs and humans. If I have any concerns, I will refrain from bringing my dog(s) to the event. If my dog(s) are found to be displaying signs of illness, aggression, or disruptive behavior, I understand that the event organizers have the right to ask me to leave the event immediately.
Liability Release:
I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers, and all associated parties from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with my participation in Paws and Play Day. This includes any injuries or damages caused by my dog(s) to other dogs, humans, or property during the event.
Behavior and Control:
I agree to keep my dog(s) on a leash and under control at all times during the event. If my dog(s) displays aggressive behavior or causes disruption, I understand that I may be asked to remove them from the event immediately.
Photographs and Media Release:
I grant permission for the event organizers to take photographs or videos of my dog(s) and myself during the event, which may be used for promotional purposes on social media or other materials related to Paws and Play Day. If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I will notify the event organizers prior to, or upon arrival to, the event.
Emergency Medical Treatment:
In the event of an emergency involving my dog, I recognize that I am solely responsible to seek veterinary care for my dog(s) if necessary. I agree to be responsible for any costs incurred in providing medical treatment to my dog(s).
By reserving a ticket, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. I am participating in this event voluntarily and at my own risk. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
