Pilates with puppies—need we say more?Join us at Western for this fun Pilates Human Reformer class with some furry friends from Lucky 7 Dog Rescue. We'll be stretching, strengthening, and flowing through core moves and pilates-inspired exercises while some playful pups wander the room, adding a little extra joy to class.
