P A U S E. Under the New Moon 🌚 On Friday 22nd August, I will be holding a very special event at The Wilderness Foundation.
Take a pause, time to rest and re-centre as the holidays draw to a close and we being to return to our autumn routines.
What to expect?
🌚 a slow, somatic yoga flow as the sun begins to set
🌚 breathwork, tapping and other methods to soothe the nervous system
🌚 time to journal, turn inward and reflect
🌚 an optional sharing circle
🌚 cacao, sweet snacks and homemade cakes shared around the fire
🌚 a sound bath under the night sky
This special event will be held at The Wilderness Foundation. Proceeds from the event will go to the charity. Please do check them out if you haven’t heard of them, they do incredible work right here in our local area. Wilderness Foundation UK
