Join us for a relaxing virtual tea party where we can pause to breathe, sip some tea, and reflect and recharge for the new year together!
About this Event

Welcome to the Pause to Breathe Tea Party! Join us for a virtual gathering where we'll sip tea, relax, and connect with one another. Prioritise your wellbeing this new year with quality time to reflect and recharge so that you can do the things that are most important to you this year with energy and creativity.
This event is perfect for anyone who needs a moment to deeply rest. So grab your favorite mug, brew a cup of tea, and pause to breathe with us!



Rest - Reflect - Recharge


Join Leigh Taylor and Shauna Hill for 1-½ hours of “me-time” to reflect and recharge in the new year. This is your chance to pause amid the new year activities to bolster your wellbeing for the year to come.

Time 10am-11:30am EST/3pm-4:30pm BST/4pm-5:30pm CET/5pm-6:30pm UTC+2


This one and a half hour session can be joined in the comfort of your home and allows you to pause in your daily activities and give yourself the gift of self-care. We’re keeping it short so that it doesn’t feel like another thing to add to your “to-do” list. This brief time is intended to allow you to rest deeply and restore your energy so that you can do all the things that are important to you with the energy that you want to bring this year.


GOOD TO KNOW

Suggestions to prepare for the day of the event:

  • Download and/or update Zoom on your device ahead of time, if you haven’t already
  • Bring your favorite drink to stay hydrated
    For instance, a calming tea such as chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, or mint or a sparkling refresher made with juice and sparkling water.
    If you are feeling warm, grab a room temperature or cool drink.
    If you are feeling cold, grab a warm drink.
    Shauna recommends avoiding drinks with alcohol or caffeine for this event as they each have elements that may affect your ability to be fully present. Green or white tea may be ok for some people.
  • Paper or journal, a writing utensil, or use computer
  • Dress comfortably, wear socks, eye pillow, yoga mat or lie in bed/couch/thick carpet, blanket, cushion/bolster/pillow
  • Quiet, uninterrupted space for 1.5 hours
