This reflective, ADHD-friendly session will guide you through:
✅ 2025 Reflection – reviewing your year, noticing patterns and celebrating progress
✅ 2026 Planning – defining your priorities, setting flexible goals and shaping a calm vision for the year ahead
✅ Self-care and sustainability – understanding how to plan in a way that prevents burnout

You will receive two digital workbooks to use during the session and revisit afterwards:

• 2025 Reflection Workbook to close the year with awareness and learning
• 2026 Planning Workbook to create a values-led plan for what matters next
