About this Event
Pause in your menopause retreat will consist of tea and coffee on arrival. We will start with a women’s circle to introduce yourselves (this is a safe space to share), where you are in your menopause journey. Some breath work to support our menopause symptoms. The yoga sequence will be a gentle yoga with tips to take away with you. Mats.,bolsters, blankets and eye masks are provided for the yoga Nidra so you can be super cosy and relax. Journaling is an option if you wish, please bring pen, paper or journal book. This then will be then followed by a choice of smoothie.
90 minutes of spa facilities consisting of a swim spa, jacuzzi and a sauna or you may want to sit and talk in the amazing surrounding of a beautiful garden with like minded women.
Wear comfy yoga gear, have something warm with you for your relaxation, socks, jumper etc. Recommended you wear your swimwear under your yoga gear to give you more spa time. Bring a towel and any toiletries for showering.
Parking is available on the street. A video with all this information will be sent to you once you have registered.
