As we walk slowly, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle invitations to awaken your senses and settle into your calm.
We'll pause along the way to reflect and share in a safe and supportive sharing circle, deepening our connection to nature, ourselves, and one another.
We’ll close with a quiet tea ceremony and light snack before parting—feeling a little lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
Meet: Lost Pines Trail (just to the left of the entrance)
please note that there is a $7 day pass fee to enter the State Park

📏 Distance: Approx. 1 mile on a flat and easy trail
