How do you want to grow in 2025? Come join Claire, Charlotte, Julie and Viviana for a day of yoga, creativity, nature, nourishment, connection and intention setting. Give yourself permission to stop rushing from one thing to the next and reflect on your intentions for the year ahead.
You can expect 2 yoga sessions, a creativity workshop where you will create a piece you cherish, a nature walk, journaling exercises, delicious plant-based breakfast and lunch, and a fun goody bag. All yoga and artistic levels are welcome. Connect with like-minded individuals while taking the time to listen to your own inner voice.
