Pause + Breathe is a calming yoga class for parents and carers to move, rest and reconnect. This weekly session offers accessible, beginner friendly yoga, gentle breathwork and a warm, welcoming environment.It’s a space to take time for yourself before stepping back into the day.
Come as you are, no experience needed.

Pause + Breathe is a collaboration between The Soulty Surfer, Wild & Free Therapy CIC, and Diverse Abilities, created to make supportive movement and wellbeing more accessible for parents and carers.
Subsidised spaces are available for registered parent carers with Diverse Abilities.
