About this Event
We are excited to offer this day for you to connect with your body, mind, and possibility through meditation, breathwork, movement, sound healing, coaching, group talks, building community, and more.
As the end of the year approaches, take a moment to check in with yourself, reset, challenge thoughts and habits, learn new tools and ideas for self-care and growth, gain awareness and empowerment, explore feelings, express yourself, lead with your heart, transform, and connect with others in a positive and meaningful way.
