Join a small monthly circle for women embarking on the perimenopause or menopause phase of life. Each session will feature a guest expert to support your journey, be it through education or nurturing the nervous system.Step into your second spring with community, education, and nourishment. Whether you are just now thinking about what’s to come with menopause, feeling full-on in the middle of it all, or even nearing the end and wondering what the heck just happened, this is for you.
Each month we will come together in circle to share, laugh, do some gentle movement, and check in on how the ride’s going. This circle is not only a community to come to and lean on, every month will also feature a guest practitioner invited for their expertise in a modality specifically tailored to support your perimenopause and menopause journey.
Guest practitioners include Dr. Jennifer Heiger (also known as the Hormone Doctor), Sue Steindorf who will guide us in Yoga Nidra, Annie Cumming with expertise in the pelvic floor, Susan James sharing Breath Work and Emotional Freedom Technique, and many more. It’s truly an incredible cast of women.
This small group is limited to 8 participants who will travel through the year together from September till May (no gathering held in December). Please bring a journal to each gathering and dress in comfortable clothing to move and sit in.

Laurel Marlantes is a shamanic practitioner who specializes in holding space for women. Hosting her first women’s circle over 7 years ago, she is passionate about creating space for women to feel held, heard, and nourished. Mom of two and a Bainbridge Island resident for the past 10 years, she brings over 20 years of spiritual and embodiment practices to her work as a circle facilitator.
