Biólogo, ilustrador e fotógrafo. Tem o curso de ilustração científica (Faculdade Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa) e é autodidata como pintor. Quase sempre ligado à conservação da natureza e à biodiversidade algarvia. As suas pinturas ilustram essa realidade com um estilo impressionista.
Born in Santo Tirso, Portugal
Biologist, illustrator and photographer. He has a degree in scientific illustration
(Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon) and is self-taught as a painter.
Almost always linked to nature conservation and Algarve biodiversity. His
paintings illustrate this reality with an impressionist style.

Formou-se em 1988 em Pintura Plástica e em 1989 em "Arte e
Desenvolvimento Social" na Alanus Art Academy em Bona / Alfter
Suas obras brincam com contrastes, como movimento e quietude. Estes temas
são apresentados em ambos os sentidos. De um lado, pinturas de paisagens
em movimento e, do outro, imagens calmas, quase monocromáticas,
trabalhadas com pigmentos de cor pura, muitas vezes em forma de círculo.

Graduated 1988 in Fine Art Painting and 1989 in “Art and Social Development”
at Alanus Art Academy in Bonn / Alfter
Her artworks play with contrasts, such as movement and stillness. These
themes are presented in both directions. On one side, moving landscape
paintings and on the other, calm, almost monochrome pictures worked with pure
color pigments, often in circle shapes.

abstrato.

Her paintings show geometric and playful shapes, rough structures, earthy
natural and strong shades. Layer by layer she moves from creative chaos to
exciting compositions, creating images with depth, space and density. Her

É licenciada em Ciências da Educação, começou a pintar há alguns anos e é
artista autodidata.
Água corrente, um cepo de árvore queimado, folhas de plantas, flores e
madeira murcha são uma fonte inesgotável no seu trabalho. A tradução é uma
procura de harmonia entre a expressão e o realismo. Revela uma linguagem
visual que mostra a ligação entre a abstração e o mundo tangível.
Born in the Netherlands
She has a degree in Educational Science, started painting a few years ago and
is a self-taught artist.
Flowing water, a burnt tree stump, plant leaves, flowers and withered wood are
an inexhaustible source in her work. The translation is a quest to find a harmony
between expression and realism. It reveals a visual language that shows the
connection between abstraction and the tangible world.
