1. You start with 30 life instead of 40.
2. 16 Commander damage is lethal instad of 21.
3. You can use any Common or Uncommon creature as your Commander, it DOES NOT have to be Legendary.
4. Every other card in your deck must have been produced as a Common in at least one set. Online only prinings at Common rarity do count. If you're not sure if a card ha a Common printing check Scryfall, it shows Pauper Commander legalty as one of the settings.
5. Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora are banned in addition to the regular Commander banned list.
