Singer-Songwriter Paul Nye, from Walker, MN will be performing a concert at Portage Brewing on Sunday, June 30th at 7:30 p.m. to celebrate the release of his 7th recording, “A Song Well-Traveled.” The album will be released on his own indie label, Verse & Bridge Records.
Janey Stolhammer, singer-songwriter from Bemidji, will be opening for Paul, as well as playing acoustic guitar in his 5 piece band.
Paul has performed over 4,000 shows in his career at numerous venues across the U.S. He has written over 1,000 songs in his career and his songs have been nominated for two international music awards. He is presently Vice President of MN Association of Songwriters, and is a a member of SongTown Writers Group in Nashville.
Wrote and recorded the theme song for the largest car rally in the U.S., “Woodward Dream Cruise,” held annually in August near Detroit.
