P&T Knitwear is pleased to welcome Paul Lisicky to celebrate the release of his newest book, : part memoir, part biography, and part homage to the life and music of Joni Mitchell, whose work shaped Paul's writing throughout his life.
Paul will be joined in conversation by Elizabeth McCracken, critically acclaimed author of The Hero of This Book and The Souvenier Museum, among other works. Afther the discussion and audience Q&A, Paul will be signing copies of .

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
is the author of seven books, including , , Unbuilt Projects, , Famous Builder, and . His work has appeared in The Atlantic, BuzzFeed, Conjunctions, The Cut, Fence, the New York Times, Ploughshares, and in many other publications. His honors include fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, the James Michener/Copernicus Society, the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, and the Rose Dorothea Award from the Provincetown Library. He has taught in the creative writing programs at Antioch University Los Angeles, Cornell University, New York University, Sarah Lawrence College, the University of Texas at Austin and elsewhere. He is currently a Professor of English in the MFA Program in Creative Writing at Rutgers University–Camden, where he is Editor of StoryQuarterly. He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
ABOUT THE MODERATOR
is the author of eight books, including , (long-listed for the National Book Award), , (winner of the 2014 Story Prize and long-listed for the National Book Award), and The Giant’s House (a National Book Award finalist). Her stories have appeared in The Best American Short Stories and have won three Pushcart Prizes, a National Magazine Award, and an O. Henry Prize. She has served on the faculty at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and currently holds the James A. Michener Chair in Fiction at the University of Texas at Austin.
