🌾 Cornell Cooperative Extension of Putnam County: Strategic architects of food security, building robust storage and delivery systems, forging vital connections between local farmers and emergency food providers, and nourishing our seniors and vulnerable residents with their Bountiful Meals program.

🌱 Patterson Community Church Food Pantry: Cultivating community through their kitchen and organic gardens, and providing 24/7 access to vital resources through their Little Free Pantry.
🤝 Putnam CAP (Community Action Partnership): Steadfast providers of essential services, tackling food insecurity head-on with their twice-monthly food pantry and other critical programs.
🥕 Second Chance Foods: Guardians against food waste, rescuing nutritious food and delivering it directly to those who need it most, turning surplus into sustenance.
