Mandalas, meaning "circles" in Sanskrit, are at times used for meditation, prayer and healing. Mandalas have been shown in clinical studies to boost the immune system, reduce stress and pain, lower blood pressure, promote sleep and ease depression.
Mandalas can assist you by:

* finding peace in the symmetry and repetition
* deliver your inner wisdom to You
The briefing beforehand reconnects you to your intuition and that's what guides each step onwards from there allowing the Mandala to unfold delightfully, often bringing wisdom for you.
The non-judgmental space encourages your creative part to explore and play, to find its way to bloom in its own space and time, not to have it be a specific way. Working with any "mistakes", allowing them to be as they are.
