The Masterclass will combine breakthrough knowledge and insightful group conversations to allow the participants to:

- Paving the way toward sustainable and desirable futures
Key points which the masterclass will touch on include:
1) A multifactorial and systemic sustainability challenge
Delve into the systemic nature of the sustainability polycrisis (Metacrisis), exploring its ecological facets and other interconnected factors, revealing their common denominator in the form of behavioral issues that are largely unconscious.
2) Identifying and addressing the fundamental causes
Examine humanity's historical survival patterns and understand their unsustainability in the context of exponential technological advancement. Discover the human qualities essential for fostering sustainability.
3) Pathway toward planetary regeneration
Discover the human qualities and capacities to develop in order to change human unsustainable patterns and pave the way toward future that are desirable and sustainable. Acknowledge the 7 steps that can pave the way to be part of the solution.
4) Next steps
Discussing the biggest insights, how we can be part of the solution and potential next steps to continue the journey.

TRAINER:
Mr. Benjamin CASTEILLO
Benjamin is a Global Sustainability Expert, focusing on a human-centered, transdisciplinary approach to identify and address the root causes of climate and sustainability issues. He is the founder of New World Together, an organisation dedicated to driving the global sustainability transformation and empowering different stakeholders to be part of this change. Benjamin is also the creator and a facilitator for the Conscious Evolution Fresk, which is a interactive and collaborative workshop that allow participants to access breakthrough knowledge and innovative ways of thinking, that can empower and enlighten them in their sustainability journey. The Fresk is based on research finding from New World Together.
