Los Angeles Leaders Workshop
The Los Angeles Leaders Workshop is a 4-day leadership training program designed for emerging professionals seeking to advance their careers and prepare for leadership roles. This workshop will be led by , who brings 27 years of experience from Pepperdine University, where he served as Senior Vice Chancellor and spent 23 years as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President for Public Affairs. Now a professional coach, Rick is dedicated to mentoring leaders and helping them unlock their full potential through visionary leadership strategies.
During his time at Pepperdine, Rick played a pivotal role in shaping the university’s communications, strategic planning, and leadership initiatives. Now retired, he continues to impact professionals through coaching and as co-host of the Podcast, where he engages with prominent leaders across various industries.
At the core of the workshop is the Pathways to Advanced Leadership curriculum, centered on three key pillars: Self Mastery, Adaptive Intelligence, and Integrated Leadership. Through a blend of readings, lectures, activities, and practical learnings, participants will develop the tools necessary for personal and professional advancement.
