As one of our four pillars, professional development is foundational to the NJC. Our members are looking for pathways to personally and professionally grow as they begin their early careers. To support this need, we would like to propose a new, member-led development program, the NJC Pathfinder Workshop. The theme of this workshop will be "Charting Your Path to Success". NJC members will practice crafting a personal vision and learn practical strategies for achieving that vision including setting goals and making a personal development plan.
