Workshop Description:This class starts with building your subject by fusing; then completing the background with strips (torn and/or cut) of fabric fused to batting. This background is straight stitch machine quilted. After background is built, your real or somewhat real subject is fused and free motion quilted down. All work is done by machine. Must have some sewing experience and be comfortable with your machine. Machine required and should be capable of free-motion stitching. Finishing options will be discussed.
