Learn how to bake pâte à choux or choux pastry, a delicate French pastry that can be made either sweet or savory. Join us for this hands-on Pastry Class, and learn the technique to making those famous French cream puffs, éclairs, and more! Learn how to make pastry cream and chocolate sauce pair with certain dishes. Each student will make their own pastries to eat or take home.
