Jeff Caponera is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over 28 years of experience. He currently serves as Chief of Police in Grafton, WI, and previously held the same role in Anna, TX. A graduate of the FBI National Academy (Session 276), Jeff holds a Bachelor's in Public Administration from Regis University. He actively serves on national committees including the FBI National Academy Associates Community Engagement Committee and the Wisconsin DOJ’s Committee on Elder Abuse. Jeff is also the President of the Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers-USA, where he leads efforts to equip officers with spiritual tools to live out their faith with courage and integrity.
