The course can be done in three different ways to fit your role and requirements.
This is so much more than a pastoral skills course. The purpose of the course is two-fold, firstly enhance a person’s discipleship, wellbeing, growth and maturity, and secondly to train the carer to be competent and effective in the care that they offer.
The in-person version of this course has the group journey with Richard Black for three weeks across the year, receiving not only training but also the opportunity to have Richard help you embed the change in your own life.
