Pastel Mandala-Artwork is a unique form of art that allows you to express yourself with colors and shapes. Listen to your heart, feel the center and balance, and enjoy your creations as you feel.
Drawing mandalas is about "tuning into your heart." The stronger you have a connection with yourself, the more your mandalas will shine. Mandalas have been shown in clinical studies to boost the immune system, reduce stress and pain, lower blood pressure, promote sleep and ease depression. The reason behind the enhanced therapeutic effects of mandalas drawing is the use of fine repetitive movements that give one the ability to stay focused on the activity at hand, leading to mindfulness or being in the present moment. The result is positive physiological changes and a relaxation effect within the body.
The Pastel Mandala -Artwork is created by Kayo Haniya, founder of Rainbow⭐ Dolphin. It use finger and soft pastels to create beautiful mandalas. The main goal of this basic course is to learn the basic skills and mindsets in order to create your original mandalas. Learn the essence of Pastel Mandala-Artwork in this course. The following content will be covered:
- Coloring and gradation techniques
- Basic eraser techniques
- Exercises to express yourself with colors & shapes
- What are the meanings of colouring and creating shapes?
- What is "keeping the balance within myself"?
- Basic mandala drawing with two different patterns
- A textbook will be provided.
