About this Event
The participants will take inspiration from works of Art in museums and galleries while using their imagination.
During the workshop guidance will be given and the participants will be encouraged to share ideas freely. This is a fresh and playful way to look at materials and textures. How we perceive the creative process and are we up for challenge is the main focus of this workshop. It combines creative drawing, painting, collage and 3d structure making.
Participants are encouraged to bring discarded paper "leftovers" - photo images, their own discarded works, other materials, glue, tools for stitching or holding , anything that hasn't been used for a while and can be reinvented in an artistic project. Some materials and paper will be provided.
Ivilina 'I've delivered this workshop several times through the past 10 years. However I add new features and I moderate it accordingly every time. In my own creative practice I use pools of discarded artworks, mine or “leftovers” from other artists. I create cut outs which I join to create large compositions'
