Join us for an unforgettable, interactive evening where pasta-making becomes arts and crafts for grownups (though all ages are welcome!). We’ll kick things off with a deep dive into pasta dough—how to make it perfect, how to tweak it for different sauces, and how to add color, flavor, and flair. From there, we roll up our sleeves and get creative. The world is your conchiglie (oyster shaped pasta).
Make your own:
- Spaghetti, linguine, and pappardelle
- Hand-rolled pici and shaped farfalle
- And plenty of wildcards (rainbow dough, flavored pastas, and more!)
Whether you’re a pasta pro or just starting out, you’ll leave with new skills, fresh dough, and total pasta confidence.
