In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare tortelli, tortellini, and ravioli from scratch — starting with the dough, crafting flavorful fillings, and shaping each pasta with authentic Italian techniques. The class ends with a tasting of your freshly prepared pasta, paired with a crisp mixed green salad.
