Get ready to roll, stuff, and cut your way through an unforgettable evening of hands-on pasta making with Chef Jorge Montes. Whether you’re new to the kitchen or a seasoned home cook, this class is all about learning new techniques, enjoying delicious food, and connecting with fellow pasta lovers.
On the Menu:We’ll be making three pasta styles from scratch – each with its own sauce and story:
- Orecchiette with broccoli rabe, garlic, and crumbled sausageHand-rolled pasta from Puglia that cradles the sauce in every bite.
- Ricotta & Spinach Tortellini with saffron cream sauceA delicate stuffed pasta paired with a silky golden sauce.
- Tagliatelle in a fresh tomato butter sauceClassic long ribbons, hand-cut and tossed in a rich, simple sugo.
