Join chef, teacher and food writer Alan Rosenthal for a hands-on pasta-making masterclass.
Working in pairs, you’ll learn how to make fresh egg pasta from scratch and cut it into perfect tagliatelle. You’ll then cook a proper Roman carbonara — no cream in sight — using quality ingredients and classic technique. To finish, you’ll sit down and enjoy your pasta together.
Alan will guide you through each stage, sharing tips, skills and stories along the way. It’s a relaxed, practical and delicious way to sharpen your skills and enjoy great food.
