Always wanted to learn how to make your own pasta!!!!!
Well now you can with Lina!
She will show you how to make your dough from scratch and then make 2 different types of pasta which are Cavatelli pasta and Orecchiette.
We will make one sauce as a group and have a demonstration of another sauce.
We will then be able to eat your own creations on the evening and take the rest of your pasta home with you!
All drinks can be bought from the depot on the evening!
The depot and honest crust are incredible as you know their pizzas, focaccia and epic fried potatoes are mega! Rich is generously letting us use their space!
All of the ingredients are plant based and do not contain animal products.
All profits go towards free food education in Cheshire
About the chef
Lina’s parents’ originate from southern Italy. Lina was brought up in the UK and grew up in an authentic, Italian family where home cooked Italian food was central to her upbringing. Lina’s mum taught her everything she knows…authentic, Italian, simple cooking with the best ingredients.
After Lina’s mum sadly passed away almost 6 years ago, she found a strength to help cope with her grief by focusing on food knowing her mum would be watching over her. This gave her a motivation to learn new skills and is now an excellent bread maker and baker and has now mastered how to make all the traditional dishes she was brought up on and extended even wider outside of that.
Lina is now looking to share her passion for food with anyone that wants to know.
