Make your own delicious, fresh pasta while enjoying some perfectly paired Blue Cork wine!Join us October 30th at 6pm as Chef Ed walks us through an interactive hands-on pasta making class, taking you from dough to a final finished product.
The evening will start with focaccia, antipasto, and an included glass of wine, with optional pairing suggestions available for purchase all night.
Guests will then start their journey of making and shaping their two fall-inspired pasta creations: butternut squash gnocchi with herbed brown butter and pumpkin tortellini with parmigiano cream sauce.
Class will finish with a serving of mouthwatering homemade tiramisu as well as info and recipe packets to take home!
