Grab your Valentine or Galentine and join us for a special Sweet & Savory pasta making class in our Italian Cooking School kitchen - Il Laboratorio/The Cooking Lab by Melina's Fresh Pasta. Indulge your sweet side this Valentine’s Day with a cooking class designed for couples, friends, and foodies alike.
In this hands-on experience, you will make a fresh egg pasta dough and then learn how to roll the dough out into thin sheets and cut it into long pasta ribbons of Linguine.
Once you become an expert pasta roller, you will move onto making Chocolate Ravioli with chocolate dough. We will demonstrate how to make this flavored dough.
At the end of the class, we eat what we make!

All participants receive a Melina’s Fresh Pasta Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class.

Classes are held at IL LABORATORIO - 3101 Guess Rd, Durham
(NOT Melina's Fresh Pasta shop).
Cancellation Policy: All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice).
