About this Event
In this hands-on experience, you'll get to mix, knead, roll, and shape your own pasta. Whether you're a beginner or a pasta enthusiast, this class is perfect for anyone looking to elevate their cooking skills. Grab a friend and come hungry for a tasty experience.
With just two ingredients (durum flour and water) and 3 hours of instruction, you'll be on your way to becoming a master of Southern Italian pasta. During this class we will introduce you to a variety of pasta shapes such as pici, fusilli, gnocchi and busiate, just to name a few. Then we will concentrate our practice on two of those shapes in class.
Upon completion of our task we'll cook up the pasta we just made and enjoy it with a couple of different sauces. You will take home fresh pasta dough so that you can practice your new-found skills and delight your family. We will also provide you with a variety of sauce recipes to pair with your pasta. You may never need to buy pasta again.
