We will learn how to make both an egg dough and a semolina dough. Attendees can expect to bring home two boxes of pasta they've made themselves with directions on the best ways to prepare and serve to share. Everyone will also get their own gnoochi board so they
can share their knowledge for years to come.
Ticket includes pasta class and 1 beer, hard seltzer OR non-alcoholic beverage. Class open to all ages. Making: Farfalle, Cavatelli and Mallorreddus.
