Hands on PASTA workshop, no prior pasta making experience required!You can make pasta anywhere as long as you have flour and water. These workshops are all about using your hands and some basic tools: no eggs, no machines or fancy equipment required! You will learn how to make a classic southern Italian pasta dough by hand, which will then be hand-formed into some traditional southern Italian shapes.
This is a hands-on pasta workshop, led by Chef Laurie Boucher (@baltimorehomecook) and Chef Frank Granito (@pasticciogranito).
