Author and Wanderlust Tours owner Shawnie Kelley will make the process fun and accessible by sharing pasta making techniques and recipes developed over the past 20 years. Learn how to pull together dough with perfect consistency, then cut and form noodles of various shapes and sizes. She guides the class through how to use a hand crank and KitchenAid pasta maker and extruder to make tube noodles. You’ll learn techniques for hand-cutting, shaping, filling, drying, and freezing pasta as well as how to pair sauces with specific pasta shapes.Instructor: Shawnie Kelley
