About this Event
You will learn to make your very own classic pasta dough from scratch, and use it to produce a range of shapes including ravioli, tortellini and cappelletti. In this class we will also guide and teach you how to make delightful gnocchi paired with a luscious sage butter sauce, and you will leave with the skills to effortlessly create perfect fresh pasta dishes at home.
Good Housekeeping Triple-Tested Recipes include: Gnocchi, Fresh Stuffed Pasta with Spinach and Ricotta Filling.
The class includes practical tuition from our trusted GHI chef tutors, recipes and ingredients, plus refreshments. Aprons and cooking equipment are provided for you to use on the day.
All food produced during the class is yours to take home.
