Come enjoy a fun, pasta-lovin' class! 🍝🍷In this workshop, Alyssa Larson with What the Forkkkk will guide us through creating your own pasta. You will learn about different kinds of flour, pasta dough and how to make a fun, beginner pasta shape called cavatelli from southern Italy. These versatile, hollowed pasta shapes can served with various sauces, such as those featuring sausage and broccoli, seafood, or tomato and cream.
‼️ DISCLAIMER: This pasta DOES contain wheat / gluten, but is vegan friendly (contains flour, water and olive oil). ‼️
Participants will also get to paint their own ceramic pasta plate from The Cozy Bookwyrm! Come and enjoy a creative outing with your friends, family, or just your lovely self! If you're over the age of 21, you may enjoy our complimentary wine or bring your own.
