Join us in learning how to make authentic semolina pasta from scratch just like the Nonnas in Italy! In this immersive, two hour course, each guest will make their own pasta dough and roll it out into the pasta shape of their choice before cooking with your choice of sauces, we’ll also be learning how to make a rich decadent sherry cream sauce to go with your creation if you choose! We will be learning about the best flour, butter, cheese, and olive oil, and tasting a few to see what your palate prefers. You can come hungry because snacks, & refreshments will be served while we party! BYOB is welcomed !! Spots are limited. Message me to sign up! $50. Per person.
